What to know about delivery, order confirmation and damage on delivery.

Delivery coverage

Delivery is free in Imbaba, Al Munira Al Gharbiya and Al Warraq, and throughout Ausim, Kerdasa and Manshiyat El Qanater centres, including all their dependent villages and localities. Choose your area or your village’s parent centre, then enter the village, street and full address, even if the village has no separate entry in the list. The minimum order is EGP 800 of products; delivery does not count towards it. There is no branch pickup.

Delivery hours: daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, except Fridays.

Order confirmation

Submitting an order does not reserve stock. We review quantities, confirm your order, reserve the products and contact you to arrange delivery.

Damage on delivery

Submit a damage request within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time, with a clear photo and the affected quantities. Use the order page or contact the company. We review the request to determine the appropriate credit, replacement or refund.

Returns

Returned items become available stock only after receipt and inspection. Damaged products are not resold.
